Presidential Debate One Goes to Mitt Romney

Even before tonight’s presidential debate was over I knew that Mitt Romney had won.  He strongly stated the case that Barack Obama had spent too much time on health care when jobs were the issue facing many Americans.

Romney’s ideas for creating jobs are full of holes.  However, he emphasized that he could provide the stimulus to create 12 million jobs in his first four years as president.  The president had no response.

The reporters and commentators on CNN agree with my assessment.  James Carville was part of the CNN panel and he too agreed that Romney was the winner.

This does not mean that Romney will win the election.  It does give the Republicans confidence that their man can win the White House.

  1. Its hard to create new jobs when the house refused to hear or pass any jobs bills and in fact went on recess earlier and for longer than at any other time in our history and did not sign into law the jobs programs for vets or take care of the farmers that are facing ruin due the extreme drought. I am sad that so many in my country would be willing to let a man be president that can’t even put his money in our banks. If he can’t do that, then how could we ever trust him to put the needs of the usa over the need to keep his money. He looks like a smarmy smirking used car salesman. His history and the fraudelent way he has made his money and what he did in italy really make this man anything but a candidate for president. Could you imangine paul ryan as a president is something happened to romney. The other question i have, is why when we all know how he and his sidekick really view us as takers and leaches and victoms unworthy of his notice. He guarantees not to raise taxes on the middle class, but considers middle class to be 250 thousand a year. Sure he talks a good speach, but so do all the great ‘con artists’
