I have a useful idea too … require licenses for each childbirth … whenever parents to be want a new child, then let them get and pay for another license. Before the licenses are issued, do a background check to insure that the parents to be are capable of supporting the new child or children whichever the case may be. Unlicensed kids become the wards of the state until the parents get out of prison for violating the law … say in about 20 years or so. This might be a deterrent to the abortion issue.
